As a child Starr lived in Ramstien, Germany and has been a travel agent for twelve years Sam was born in Landstuhl, Germany. During his service in the United States Air Force he lived for three years in Berlin at the end of the Cold War. We now live in Parker, Colorado with our two children, Madeleine and Sam.
